A proposed daycare could be a new tenant to a long-vacant space in the Township.
The Board of Supervisors is considering a proposal for C & M Play Studio. The 15,730-square-foot facility in Suite 50 of 3120 Unionville Road could accommodate 200 children and up to 43 full-time staff. It includes a fenced-in play space adjacent to the building.
Following a recommendation from the Planning Advisory Commission, the Board held a public hearing on the proposal at the Feb. 27 meeting. They will consider approval at the March 6 meeting.
