Additional housing options are on the way after the Board of Supervisors approved the second phase of an apartment community.
A public hearing was held on a three-building, 180-unit apartment development along Brandt Drive on May 25.
Previously called the Brandt Drive Apartments, the second phase of the Felson Apartments is planned for the existing site along Brandt Drive. It will include a clubhouse, pool, and three parklets, as well as a mixture of surface and garage parking.
The Board approved the development at the June 1 meeting.
