A change to a Township housing development reduces the overall number of units.
The Board of Supervisors on December 8 approved revisions to Phase 2 of the Laurel Pointe PRD. Approval came following a previous public hearing.
The three-phase development received tentative approval in October 2020. Phase 2 was originally planned to contain 59 of the development’s 168 units.
The developer will reduce the overall number of units to 161 and 52 within Phase 2. The change keeps the development well within the Township’s density and open space requirements.
