The staff members and outside agencies appointed to serve official Township functions during the new year include a number of familiar names. At the January 7 meeting of Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors, Township Manager Jerry Andree was re-appointed to the post he has held as chief of staff since 1991. Berkheimer Associates was again appointed to collect the Mercantile and Business Privilege taxes as well as the Local Services tax. The office of the County Recorder of Deeds was designated to collect real estate transfer taxes. Campbell, Durrant, Beatty, Palombo and Miller, PC will be retained as the Township’s legal counselors. Maher Duessel was named auditor for 2019, and an official calendar of Board meeting dates was set for the year.
