Traffic impacts will include:
* Motorists travelling from I-79 South to Rt. 228 towards Rt. 19 will have to make a right turn at the light at the end of the ramp.
* Truck traffic is urged to get off of I-79 South at Exit 85 (Evans City) and take Rt. 19 South to Cranberry to avoid the right turn at the light on to Routes 228 and 19
PennDOT said motorists should expect congestion and delays in the project area. Remember to drive responsibly in work zones – slow down, minimize distractions and obey traffic control for your safety and the safety of the workers.
