HOW TO REGISTER
Registration is accepted online, in person, or by phone. 

• ONLINE REGISTRATION

  New to our system: Go to Create New Account. Follow the step-by-step instructions. Remember to include all family members for future programing. Register for program/membership and pay
• IN PERSON
  Visit the Parks & Recreation Customer Service Desk, Cranberry Municipal Center, 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 600.
• PHONE
  724-779- 4 FUN (4386) Pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover). Payment in full is due at time of registration.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All Programs will be filled first come first served. Programs may fill quickly so register early. Some programs will have registration deadlines. If your desired program is full, a wait list may be created. Participants on a wait list will be added according to entry order and will be notified only if a space becomes available, or if a new session has been added.

A Cranberry Township resident is defined as an individual living within the 16066 zip code. Exceptions have been entered into our system, recording the proper residency status.

PHOTO AND VIDEO USE
Photos and videos are captured by the Township's staff at various Parks & Recreation venues during activities, programs, events, and athletic competitions. Photos and videos are used on social media, the Township website, in printed publications, and numerous other platforms on a regular basis. By participating in a Township activity or at a Township facility, you give implied consent to be photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a Parks & Recreation staff member.

REFUND POLICY
Contact Parks & Recreation Customer Service at 724-779- 4FUN (4386) to withdraw or cancel a registration. Instructors are not authorized to issue refunds or credits.

Customer refunds are available for those who withdrawal from the program at least 7 days prior to the start date. A $5 processing fee will be applied. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. No refunds for withdrawing from programs within 6 days of the start date or after it begins. Refunds will be issued either in a check or to the original form of payment.

For specific programs like Summer Camp or Kids Club, refer to their individual refund policies.
